Long flights can be exhausting. The important thing is to have plenty to keep you busy. A good book is a great way to kill time as is watching an on-flight movie or listening to music. It's all about relaxing!

Flying can be very dehydrating so make sure to drink lots of water and juices. Avoid drinking alcohol, tea and coffee.

Try not to sit still for too long. When convenient, get up and move about the cabin and stretch your arms and legs.

Help your body cope better when traveling to new time zones by taking every opportunity to sleep en route.

If you chew gum or suck on a sweet during take-offs and landings, you will be bothered less by the differences in air pressure.

The air within the cabin can make your skin very dry. Carry some moisturizer and lip balm and apply it often enough.
