 Hi,
I had booked air tickets on Monday the 9th Jan for departure on
Thursday 12th January. I had placed a request for urgent dispatching
of my tickets as I had planned to leave on Wednesday. I truly appreciate
the professionalism of your team especially the executive who confirmed
my urgent dispatch on the phone within an hour of my request. As
a result I received my tickets by 10th January evening. I couldn't
have asked for anything more.
I am more than happy with my decision to book the tickets through
