office staff, especially Ashish and Rupesh. We were going through
a very difficult experience where all our bookings on Singapore Airlines
were cancelled due to some system errors. Ashish and Rupesh were very
patient with us till the very end, and were ultimately able to put

Hi, I was in a hurry to enquire about schedules and tickets for my
mother on December 9, 2005 as she had a plan to leave India on December
19 to come to USA. Chanchal from your company helped me very quickly
in getting the fares and schedules. She did an excellent work and
