DAY 2: CITY TOUR & DESERT SAFARI
After enjoying breakfast, set out to explore Dubai and experience both its modern and ancient sectors. Dubai Creek is called Khor Dubai in Arabic. It is a saltwater creek which was known as River Zara by the Greeks, and also historically divided the city into two main sections - Deira and Bur Dubai. Even though it was incapable of large-scale transportation of the 20th century, the Creek was of prime importance for the commerce of the city, as it was the only port in the area. Today, you can take a cruise on the Creek and check out the sights of the waterfront.
