Firstly, I would like to thank you for convincing me that you and your team are different from the herd. To be honest I was a bit reluctant in accepting your offer when you had sent it via email. Mr. Pawar then called me and said that you wanted to meet me. I did not want to but I said ok lets meet, but I was really impressed by the way you had explained how you and your team are different. And I had no choice but to accept your offer. I think you had handled the situation very professionally.

Mr. Vijendar Pawar was right there during the whole trip and he made sure that everything was on time. He was also very smart in accessing the situation and catered accordingly. He is just remarkable. Everyone is praising him. Everyone enjoyed the DJ, the nature walk and the kids loved the elephant ride. Mr. Pawar also conducted the games which bought life and enthusiasm in the group. Everyone was charged up and wanted to carry on and on. The group was highly involved in the games - volley ball, tug of war, spoon race, etc.

Unfortunately, one of the kids in our group fell down and broke his ankle (he had a fracture, which we came to know later). He bought the medicines himself (and did not allow us to pay for the medicine) and said that it was his responsibility to take care of the child. This is something that I have never seen in any escorts from other travel agencies.

Actually I am short of words to express my feelings for Mr. Pawar. I think he is a very good human being with great skills of professionalism and maturity. He is just fantastic and outstanding.

It seems that all the future trips will go to MakeMyTrip.Com and it just because of only one person Mr. Vijendar Pawar. We would like him to accompany us whenever we book any trip with you. Very soon you will be hearing from us.

The Sapient team went on a trip to Jim Corbett which was organized by Makemytrip and they did a very good job in organizing the same. Right from the transportation, which reached on time, to providing us a good hotel and finally planning for the Safari, everything was taken care off well. Choice of hotel was excellent. It had lot of sporting options which the team really enjoyed. Not to mention the sumptuous breakfast which the hotel had for us. The Safari to Jim Corbett was also very enjoyable. After a wonderful visit to India, the students of Doing Business in India course offered at Seton Hall University are back home with a lot of good memories. A number of students have made complementary comments about it. It definitely has left a good impression of India on them. The Heritage Village Club is an ideal setting despite the logistics. It has a wonderful Indian feel about it, and the architecture as well as the service were marvelous. When I return to India, it will be a place I would like to revisit.

Hello. I miss India. The trip was over so quickly, and when we got back Gerard and I had to deal with missing two weeks of work. We're still far too busy to reflect on the trip, to sort our photos, etc. Since it is summer vacation here, all the faculty and students are gone from the campus as well. One issue that CMU is pressing me on is budget and receipts. I noticed that you charged my credit card on June 1 for $125. I assume this is the 5000 rupee Airtel charge?! Is there any way to send me a receipt for this, either a copy of the receipt from Airtel, or some other way to document that this was for a cell phone? Then I could also give that receipt to my brother-in-law, who owns the phone I used. I hope you can send me a receipt. Both Gerard and I want to thank you for a super trip; the travel arrangements were excellent. We will talk to CMU travel abroad people in the late summer when they return. If you want to use us as a reference, I'd be glad to help.
