Let me express my greatest admiration for the outstanding service and patience that Krishna exhibited while booking my flights from Dulles International Airport to Bangalore on KLM Airline.
Krishna stuck with the process throughout it all, working to find the best flights and times. Krishna worked tirelessly to identify the best options and ensure the booking was confirmed
before we got off the phone.
Kudos to MakeMyTrip for having such a great employee on its staff!!! This is the first time I spoke to Krishna to book flights and you can guarantee that I'll be calling him again for my next trip.

It is the first time I checked your website after hearing about it on ZeeTv. I was not sure if I would get a good deal on KLM Airline at such short notice, but I was totally pleasantly happy to have confirmed tickets within 2 hours. And the whole process was made so seamless by the Live chat help given by Gaurav Khanna. He was very patient and explained every single minute detail and I feel that I received a very personal service. I was amazed that I could get the E-tickets right away. Even my local travel agency would not have been able to do that. I am truly impressed by the efficiency and quality of service provided by Gaurav. I will definitely continue with this service for all my future travels to India.
