I've never used you before for ticketing from the US and I will use you the next time.But while she was great, some of your processes feel outdated. Specifically, the process of sending a fax to NYC is strange. And having to reenter my credit card information in the form
and fax it to the new york office after having already given it to Ishita feels unnecessary as well. |
