Review:Sandeep Anand did excellent job. I really appreciate his way of dealing with customers. He didn't gave any discount for me but I impressed with his service.
Even I didn't call any other travel agent for price cross check though I didn't get any discount from makemytrip.com. The whole reason for this is Anand's service

Hi, my name is Gaurav Mehra. Hope you remember me. The reason why I am writing you this mail is, just to thank you for what you did for me. I even tried to call you today, but I was told that you were not in that department & I can get in touch with you only through mail. By the way if you hav not recognized me then let me tell you. On 13th dec. last year, I called you from USA for a ticket to Delhi in the earliest possible flight , you helped me at that time by offering me a ticket in KLM Airline for $1998, remember. The patience you showed me, & the concern you showed me at that time was simply great. The reason I wanted to buy the earliest possible flight to India was, that I got news that my Father passed away, & since I am the only son of my parents, I could not stop myself but crying at that time. But you went out of your way & helped me to the fullest. You were on line with me for more than an hour & mailed me & my frnd all the forms which were required to fill up by him & fax to ur New York off. You calld me & my frnd at that time, & arranged for a confirmed ticket for me. I cannot expressed in words that how thankful I am to you for your timely help.
God bless you & may you get whatever you ever dreamt of. If I can be of help to you in any way, do let me know, it will be my pleasure. Presently I am in India, & am planning to go by March 20th. I calld up Make my trip & spoke to Monica for my ticket, but still nothing is fixed till now.
