I booked a trip to India on makemytrip.com with the help of agent name Manmeet Singh Sandhu. I booked with makemytrip.com was first time and my experience was overall very satisfying.
Manmeet was very helpful, quiet patient, answered all my questions/concerns without being irritated even once (the conversation was quite long- as I had lot of questions, because I was booking ticket for my Father) and recieved excellent customer service. He went out of his way to look for different options at length, so that my father can get a "through check in" at Ahmedabad.
I highly recomment Manmeet to anybody. In future, I will definitely book through him.
